Graduate Business Analyst

The Customer Support Organization (CSO) is responsible for translating strategy into execution and delivering the best customer support experience at the right cost.

We are looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join the Business Planning team within the Customer Support Operations, Business Management organization.

This is a full-time position designed as a versatile analyst profile, supporting the team across multiple priorities including forecasting, reporting, and planning processes by delivering accurate data analysis and actionable insight.

You will be part of an international team, working in a dynamic environment and contributing directly to improving efficiency, cost management, and decision-making across all markets.

• Automation & Digitalization
• Identify manual tasks and develop automation solutions leveraging tools such as Power BI, Excel-based solutions, scripting, and AI-driven technologies Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting automation Reporting & Modeling
• Maintain and enhance scorecards and dashboards Develop analytical models to support decision-making Process Improvement
• Participate in transformation initiatives (automation, standardization, simplification) Act as a versatile analyst, supporting different team needs depending on priorities

Requirements

• Recently graduated (within the last 12 months) with a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, reporting) and basic knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with a structured and analytical approach to challenges
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
