Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting)

My client, a leading international investment bank, is looking to hire a Business Analyst to help deliver a Regulatory Reporting Automation programme. The successful Business Analyst will be an excellent communicator and have past experience working on projects related to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on Hong Kong and Singapore regulatory and reporting requirements
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, Finance, IT and Risk to define requirements of regulatory reports
• Set up governance and working group, responsible for mapping out project timeline and path to execution
• Lead wider regulatory reporting automation team to define user requirements, and conduct testing for automated solutions
• Stakeholder management

Experience required

• Regulatory reporting background (any experience in automation would be good but not essential)
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and manage stakeholders.
• Working experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Analysis and Gathering, Technical/Functional documentation
• Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with changing requirements
