Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements by supporting stakeholder discussions and ensuring clear, traceable outputs
- Contribute to claims workflow design by providing input on processes, assessment logic, and operational practices
- Identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies from operational and regulatory perspectives to improve system accuracy
- Prepare business documentation including requirement specifications, test cases, UAT scenarios, and process guidelines
- Coordinate with Claims, IT, and vendors to support testing, defect tracking, system validation, and successful rollout Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related roles
- Familiarity with requirement gathering, documentation, and system testing processes
- Knowledge of claims operations, especially in Life or Health insurance, is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills with the ability to manage tasks independently
