Carrefour, a leading global retailer, is seeking a proactive Digital Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for digitizing our global sourcing solutions, gathering requirements, and understanding the technical architecture of our platforms. You will ensure our digital ecosystem is scalable, integrated, and user-centric, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & System Analysis: Conduct requirement workshops to elicit business requirements and pain points, and translate high-level business requirements into functional requirements.
- Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with the technical team in solution design and integration to ensure proposed solutions are compatible with existing IT infrastructure, and perform gap analysis to identify technical gaps in current systems.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshops with active issue management.
- Implementation & Support: Manage system deployment and configuration, conduct user training sessions, create technical documentation/user manuals, and support production issues.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with teams to manage expectations, foster strong relationships, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in global sourcing and digital retail solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.2+ years of experience, preferably in the Sourcing or Retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Preferable experience with documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin and French is preferable.
- Familiarity with digital transformation best practices and system integration is an asset.
