As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a strategic liaison between business units, product teams, and development teams across the group.
You will lead the project lifecycle from requirement intake through to UAT sign-off — ensuring what we build is scalable, efficient, and ready for future growth across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Business Teams) to identify new business needs, regulatory requirements, and enhancement requests.
Work closely with Product and Development teams to evaluate feasibility, define scope, and align on implementation direction.
Translate business requirements into actionable documentation
BRDs, MRDs, user stories, process flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct workflow analysis and recommend optimizations aligned with platform strategy and compliance obligations.
Project Delivery & UATMaintain clear traceability between requirements and delivered functionality; own version control of all key artifacts.
Facilitate PRD walkthroughs with business stakeholders and ensure alignment before development.
Coordinate with QA and business teams for UAT execution and sign-off.
Domain Expertise & Regulatory Awareness
Stay informed on regional and global brokerage regulations, industry practices, and platform impact.
Understand and document operational processes such as order execution, funding, settlement, SBL, and structured product lifecycle.
Act as a knowledge bridge across business, product, and technical teams — driving aligned decision-making and delivery quality.

Skills
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field5+ years of experience in a securities brokerage firm in one or more of the following roles: Business Analyst/ Product Manager / Project Manager/ Operations / Middle Office
Solid understanding of broker-dealer daily operations, including account opening, order management, trade capture, settlement, and compliance processes
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex systems and propose structured solutions
Proficiency in drafting BRDs, use cases, and process flow diagrams; experience with tools like Click
Up, Figma, or similar
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; hands-on experience with Jira or equivalent platforms
Bilingual in Japanese and a second language (English or Chinese) to interact with stakeholders across Southeast Asia and Greater China region

Qualifications
Experience acting as Project Manager or Product Owner, driving delivery end-to-end
Exposure to cross-border or multi-market regulatory requirements (e.g., SG, JP, US)
Experience with Wealth Management workflows (structured products, advisory, discretionary)
Knowledge of multi-asset product lifecycles, such as: Stock Options/ Futures & Futures Options/ Structured Products/ Stock Borrowing & Lending (SBL)
Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) or experience using AI tools to enhance daily productivity and workflow efficiency
