Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare responses from multiple AI chatbots for small business use cases
• Create realistic business-related prompts based on user goals
• Interact with AI chatbots and assess response quality, clarity, usefulness, and accuracy
• Provide structured feedback, comparative evaluations, and conversation transcripts
• Create and evaluate marketing content, visual media, and business workflows
• Support operational, customer management, market research, and financial planning use cases
• Use spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other files as part of evaluation workflows

Requirements

• Business owner or strong understanding of small business operations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines
• Comfortable interacting with AI tools
• Korean speaker based in Korea
• Familiarity with marketing, operations, market research, and financial planning workflows
