Lead a cluster. Own the P&L. Mobilise new buildings. Be mentored by the Operations Director, on a named, tracked path to that seat yourself within 24 months. £70,000 base plus a company bonus of 25–50%.This is not a maintenance brief. It's a building brief.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on.▸ Run multi-site operations across a cluster of premium centres▸ Lead, develop and hold to account multiple Business Managers ▸ Full P&L, revenue and budget responsibility across the cluster▸ Project-manage new centre openings, fit-out to handover▸ Drive consistency of brand and service across every site▸ Own escalated and complex client relationships▸ Negotiate regional supplier, contractor and procurement deals▸ Conduct cross-site audits: standards, H&S, fire, risk▸ Manage capex, refurbishment and reconfiguration projects▸ Roll out new systems and processes across all centres▸ Drive commercial performance: pricing, yield, upsell▸ Deputise for the Operations Director when required
