Operations Manager – F&B
Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a luxury dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability. The role involves managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, driving service standards, optimizing costs, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and brand standards.
The Operations Manager acts as a key leader in delivering a world-class dining experience that reflects the restaurant's luxury positioning and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Maintain luxury hospitality standards across all guest touchpoints.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, health and safety regulations, and municipality requirements.
- Drive a culture of personalized and memorable guest service.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with VIP guests and key clientele to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage restaurant budgets, revenue targets, and profitability objectives.
- Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, and operational expenses.
- Analyze financial reports, sales trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and municipality requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational compliance.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize waste through effective inventory controls.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in hospitality management or food safety are advantageous.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
. Salary range for the role is between 7000 AED - 9000 AED per month
- Experience managing multicultural teams within the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financial management and P&L accountability.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and UAE compliance requirements.
- Experience with POS systems, restaurant management software, and reporting tools.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management capabilities.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
