About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our facilities management and maintenance division. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in maintenance, facilities management, technical services, or MEP operations and be capable of managing multiple teams, projects, and client relationships while ensuring service excellence.
Important Requirements
✅ Minimum 4+ years of Operations Management experience in the UAE
✅ Must have experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Technical Services, HVAC, MEP, Cleaning, or AMC Industry
✅ Freshers will NOT be considered
✅ Candidates from non-maintenance industries will NOT be considered
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage daily operations across multiple projects and sites.
- Ensure smooth execution of maintenance, cleaning, HVAC, MEP, and AMC services.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise operations coordinators, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Plan workforce deployment and daily scheduling.
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and team development programs.
- Ensure staff productivity and discipline.
Client & Service Delivery Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and contract retention.
AMC & Contract Management
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements.
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across all contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate renewals and support business growth initiatives.
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
- Oversee project mobilization and resource planning.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage vendor and contractor performance.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Track KPIs, productivity, service levels, and team performance.
- Analyze operational data and implement improvement initiatives.
- Report directly to senior management.
Cost & Resource Management
- Monitor operational budgets and control costs.
- Optimize manpower utilization and resource allocation.
- Manage inventory, procurement coordination, and material planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Facilities Management, HVAC, MEP, AMC, and Maintenance Operations.
- Experience with CRM, Zoho, Service Management Software, or ERP Systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
