Our client is a premium café and chocolate brand with a growing presence across the GCC. We are partnering with them to appoint a Senior Operations Manager who will take regional ownership of the business across the GCC, based in Dubai, with further expansion already on the horizon.
This is a role for a strong, commercially astute operator who understands the world of premium hospitality. You will be the person who keeps standards exceptional across every location while making sure the numbers work just as hard as the product on the shelf.
This position sits at the intersection of operations and commerce, and it will test both. You will be expected to run a multi-market operation with precision while driving the commercial levers that protect and grow profitability. Expect to focus on three areas in particular.
First, operational excellence across multiple countries, holding a premium brand to a consistently high standard.
Second, the commercial side of the business, including margins, product assortment and selling price points, with a sharp eye on profitability rather than marketing.
Third, the refinement and presence to represent a luxury brand and lead teams across diverse markets.

Given the premium nature of the brand and the breadth of the region, we will only be able to consider candidates who can demonstrate the following:
Strong operationally and commercially. A proven track record running operations across a minimum of 10 sites while owning commercial levers such as margins, product assortment and price points.
Premium F&B background. Experience within a multi site premium chocolate or luxury café environments. This is a consumer premium brand role, so B2B or mass-market chocolate experience is not a fit.
Multi-market experience. Comfortable managing across several GCC countries, with the ability to maintain consistent standards in each.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
