Responsibilities
About the Team The System Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Global Product Operations Manager to join us. The role will focus on client incentive systems and processes.
You will work with the product team, sales and clients, finance team and other cross-functional teams to develop and activate the client incentive system The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong global business acumen, a passion & vision for transaction systems, strong digital advertising and product positioning skillsets, exhibit excellent problem solving & analytical mindset and communication skills, be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and have strong leadership to drive impact across cross functional teams for the business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Product Operations owner for the client incentive system, including end-to-end management of the settlement and payout processes
- Define and manage end-to-end product operations to ensure the system delivers accurate incentive calculation results
- Collaborate with regional policy teams to translate client incentive policies and business needs into clear system requirements
- Identify gaps in incentive auto-calculation logic and develop product requirements to drive system enhancements
- Standardize the client incentive settlement and payout processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Act as a power user of client incentive systems and promote system adoption among key stakeholders—including sales, clients, and finance—through enablement, GTM and training
- Address internal and external escalations, providing clear explanations of incentive calculations to sales teams and clients
- Build and maintain client incentive dashboards to meet regional needs, and drive adoption among target users
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification (s)
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, transactions, or internet-related industries, with responsibilities in Product Operations, data analytics & strategy, or management consulting
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to gather, clean, and structure data for analysis and modeling using SQL and/or programming languages (e.g., Python,
R), as well as BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of product logic and its upstream and downstream impacts, and experience in business process design, optimization, and execution
- Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements and drive system adoption
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and stakeholders; strong relationship-building, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities, with the capability to craft compelling narratives and simplify complex messages for diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to scope projects, define targets, identify key levers, and execute to drive results

- Knowledge and hands-on experience with client incentive programs
- Prior experience with CRM systems
