Real Estate Branch Growth & Operations Manager

Role Description The Branch Growth & Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in North York, ON, with a combination of onsite and work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees branch performance, including driving revenue growth, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies to increase market share.

The manager coordinates daily branch operations such as staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and adherence to policies and procedures. They lead, coach, and support branch team members, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

The role also includes analyzing branch performance data, preparing regular reports for leadership, managing budgets and cost controls, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in branch management, operations management, or a similar leadership role with responsibility for growth and performance.
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and optimizing daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, including coaching, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data, metrics, and reporting tools to guide decisions and track results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, support customers, and represent the branch professionally.
• Comfort with hybrid work environments and digital tools for remote collaboration, reporting, and workflow management.
• Post-secondary education in business, operations, management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in multi-branch, retail, financial services, or service-based environments is an asset.
• Ability to work full time in North York, ON, with flexibility for both in-branch and remote work as required.
