Field Service Operations Manager

The Local Field Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance and execution of all Direct-to-Consumer residential homelift installations and service operations within their assigned market. Acting as the local business owner, this role leads field teams, manages contractors and logistics, oversees in-home technical assessments, and ensures every customer receives the Stiltz Gold Standard Service.

Combining hands-on technical expertise with strong operational leadership, the Local Field Operations Manager drives safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while maintaining accountability for local operational results.
