Duties

• Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
• Lead, motivate, and supervise site managers and team members to achieve performance targets
• Manage profit and loss statements, analyzing financial data to optimize costs and maximize profitability
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and cultivating client relationships within the district
• Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance service delivery
• Coordinate project management activities for new initiatives or facility upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget
