The Senior Retail Operations Manager (F/M/X) is a key contributor to Dior Couture’s Retail Excellence agenda. The role designs and drives cross-functional operational programs that strengthen store execution, compliance, and efficiency, while improving the client and team experience.
The position ensures end-to-end delivery—from problem definition to deployment and sustained adoption—working with HQ functions and regional Retail teams.
Key AccountabilitiesProgram & project leadership: structure, plan and deliver international Retail Operations initiatives with clear governance, milestones, risks and KPIs.
Cross-functional coordination: act as the interface between HQ and regions; align stakeholders across Supply, Finance, Internal Control/Audit, IT/Digital, Clienteling, Dior Academy, VM and Retail.
Operational standards & toolkits: contribute to the definition and evolution of global guidelines, operational frameworks and scalable best practices.
Digital enablement: support the creation/evolution of operational tools that improve traceability, compliance and efficiency in stores.
Change management & adoption: build deployment plans (pilot/roll-out), training and communication materials; monitor adoption and benefits over time.
Executive reporting: provide clear syntheses, performance indicators and progress updates for senior stakeholders.

Drives efficiency gains in stores, enabling more time for client-facing activities.
Ensures consistency and control across a global network while integrating local constraints.
Strengthens collaboration between HQ and regions on operational execution and continuous improvement.
ProfileMaster’s degree (Business/Engineering or equivalent).7+ years in Retail Operations / Retail Excellence / Store Operations / Consulting with strong retail exposure (luxury a plus).
Demonstrated success in complex, cross-functional project/program management (international preferred).
Fluent English required; French a plus.
