Operations Manager

Operations Manager – for Food Manufacturing Site This excellent Food Manufacturing operation is based in Dublin and due to growth of the business, they are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to drive the site. The role is a busy position that is very focused on driving strategy, performance, and continuous improvement for the operation.

Operational standards are a core focus for this operation, therefore this position is responsible for driving and developing the performance onsite, with the senior management team, to meet required SLAs agreed with the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the operation forward through strong management over the Manufacturing operation.
• Responsible for the setting of the KPI structure for the team and driving performance to meet that KPI structure.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives onsite to enhance the operation.
• Develop individualised development plans for the team to strengthen the overall skill set onsite.
• Develop a customer centric culture within the team to strengthen delivery for the customer base.
• Always drive a culture of H&S and quality onsite.
• Manage the budget that is allocated to the operation.

Required experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior position in a food manufacturing organisation. Team management and development experience is essential.
