Operations Manager / AM (Engineering / Construction)

Our client is a well-established leader in the engineering and machinery sector, known for delivering high-quality technical solutions and exceptional site services. They are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager / Assistant Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the installation of machinery team at various customer sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within technical specifications.

Develop and implement rigorous testing procedures to guarantee the functionality and quality of installed equipment.

Plan and optimize testing and service schedules to maximize resource efficiency and operational throughput.

Act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries, resolving site issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project handovers and communication.

Maintain meticulous records of testing protocols, service history, and client interactions for compliance and reporting.

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

5 years or above of professional experience in construction contracts, planning management, or technical service operations.

Strong organizational leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
