With headquarters in Cyprus and a service center in Dubai, we support clients across 20+ countries and key markets including India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Brazil.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations, drive data-backed improvements, and collaborate across teams to strengthen business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Execute and manage day-to-day operational activities efficiently

✅ Collect, maintain, and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational and business targets

✅ Design and implement performance enhancement strategies

✅ Maintain operational stability and address issues proactively

✅ Develop strategies to attract and engage users to support business growth

✅ Improve operational efficiency and support business scalability

Requirements

✔ Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and

written)

✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

✔ Experience or strong capability in data analysis and reporting

✔ Creative and solution-orientedmindset

✔ Strong collaboration and communication skills

✔ Fast learner with adaptability to dynamic environments
