Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven operations officer with management track. This candidate will oversee daily operations (office management, HR, finance, class admin), streamline processes, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance our sales and marketing efforts and optimize teaching and class admin.
This role is critical in ensuring effective people management, task management, and tracking progress and goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Streamlining Operations
- Analyze and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all segments.
- Implement best practices for operational excellence. Maintain proper onboarding training and operating guidelines to cultivate proper company culture.
2. Management KPIs Implementation
- Support CEO to review and implement KPIs for sales and marketing teams to track performance and drive results.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights to the executive team.
3. People Management
- Support functional heads in their management roles, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations and System Management, Education, or a related field; Business management is an additional bonus but not required.
Experience
- While this role is for someone with minimum of 7-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education or technology sectors, we are open to young, dynamic candidates who have strong mindset of growth and automating standard workflow,
- Proven track record in a leadership role, with experience in scaling startups or managing growth in established organizations.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS models, and/or English language training is highly desirable.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development and performance optimization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Multi-disciplinary skills in streamlining and implementing SOP across front and back-end departments
- Strong project execution skills, knowing how to take an idea to completition with tight execution and quality check along the way

- The right candidate will be mentored to follow-up with reverse inquiries and new collaboration opportunities to promote our EdTech solutions for regional and global launch.
- Facilitate departments to collaborate to elevate our EdTech product to a solid SaaS model on comprehensive courseware for content creators.
Collaboration Development
- Establish partnerships with quasi-government entities and universities to secure formal endorsements of our EdTech products.
- Network and build relationships within the education sector to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
