Tole Purpose:
The role is take the full accountable for new store opening and daily operations of stores in Hong Kong, including driving revenue, controlling costs, manpower planning hiring & developing talent.
Job Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- Responsible for the overall success of retail operations: driving sales, reinforcing operations, store leadership management, development, as well as act as backup for different roles (e.g. Store Manager) when necessary.
- Responsible for opening new doors, new product launches, the full encompassing details that this would entail including training and allocation of the space and location
- Formulating retail policies to accentuate the customer experience through developing and maintaining Retail Operations SOP to ensure best in class execution in stores.
- Deal with customer service requests, complaints and comments from customers to maintain the brand’s reputation.
- Regular Store visit and lead the meeting with frontline, represent retail team to meet with all related functions in office on weekly basis
- Review store sales numbers, stock inventory, inventory loss, operational expenses and staff cost including Full-time and Part-time.
- Sales Analysis
- Understanding the market needs and analyzing these data to devise and implement necessary procedures.
- Seek to apply and relevant innovation where necessary
- Analyze sales reports and evaluate staff performance and provide weekly sales recap and action plans
- Able to forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each location.
- Develop mid- and long-term strategies in order to achieve growth projections People Management
- Manage, supervise and coach Store Managers in recruiting, hiring and training
- Analyze and review store management team and Retail team's performance for career growth and succession planning.
- Monitor store rosters; ensure optimized number of staff members during peak/non-peak hours in each store.
- Manage the subordinates’ performance by doing periodic evaluations, motivations, promotions and disciplinary actions.
- Staff development (succession plan and action plan) follow up
- Partner with HR to handle all HR issue and propose the possible solutions/follow up action plan for related issues

Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or related discipline· At least 10 years of working experience in retail operations with at least 4 years at managerial level leading a sizable team in fast fashion industry· Solid experience in operating counters as well as standalone shops· Strategic and capable of delivering business KPIs· Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people· Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management skills· Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks and responsibilities;· Excellent in both written and spoken of Chinese & English· Extensive relevant experience may be considered for "Senior Operations Manager / Director"We offer 5-day work, good working conditions and others benefit package to the right candidate.
