The Senior Analyst - Logistics Operations will help balance customer experience with logistics efficiency, support technology rollouts, improve automation, and provide clear insights that help markets make faster and better decisions.

Key Responsibilities * Analyze logistics systems, tools, and operational data to identify performance gaps, efficiency opportunities, and areas for improvement.* Work with different talabat markets to solve analytical problems and execute practical logistics solutions.* Review complex data points across order flows, delivery preferences, operational settings, and logistics infrastructure.* Run experiments on order flow systems, predictive model settings, and customer preference behavior.* Help identify the best balance between user experience, delivery speed, and logistics efficiency.* Support the rollout and effective use of Delivery Hero technology, tools, and data models across regional markets.* Provide data-driven input to product roadmap discussions that can improve delivery efficiency, speed, automation, and customer preference handling.* Liaise with country teams, central product operations, and data science teams to improve logistics processes and tool effectiveness.* Improve reporting structures and data visibility so markets can make faster and more accurate operational decisions.* Build and maintain reports that track logistics performance, market trends, operational risks, and improvement progress.* Use SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to support deep-dive analysis and regular business reviews.* Support geographical analysis and predictive modeling work where required.* Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for market teams and senior stakeholders.* Keep pace with fast-moving logistics operations and provide practical solutions that match local market needs.* Help improve automation and reduce manual effort across regional logistics workflows.

Ideal Profile * Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.* STEM or Economics background is highly preferred.* 2-5 years of experience in technology start-ups, delivery platforms, logistics operations, marketplace operations, or analytical operational roles.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.* SQL skills are required.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Slides.* Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting tools is required.* Working knowledge of geographical analysis and predictive modeling is preferred.* Able to analyze complex operational systems and convert findings into clear actions.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Able to explain complex ideas, processes, and recommendations to teams across different markets and functions.* Comfortable working with country teams, product operations, data science, and regional stakeholders.* Able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced delivery and logistics environment.
