Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to oversee Business Operations, and Policies-related functions. This role requires a strong blend of Business Operations expertise, operational efficiency, and business acumen to optimize business processes, enhance employee engagement, and support executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with leadership to streamline internal operations and enhance overall productivity.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Handle administrative and operational matters, including resource planning, procurement, and vendor management.
- Identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to implement operational improvements.
- Support internal teams in executing business strategies for enhanced productivity.
- Familiar with sales and order fulfilment processes and CRM tools like Sales force and Monday.com to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide direct support to executive leadership, assisting in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on company goals.
- Handle confidential matters and sensitive business information with discretion.
- Assist in project management, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring timely execution.
- Support financial planning by analyzing business operations and financial reports.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and operational cost analysis.
- Coordinate country-level meetings as needed for financial and operational discussions.
- Qualifications &
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.4+ years of experience in Business Operations, or related roles, preferably in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations best practices.
- Experience in budgeting, data reporting analysis, and operational optimization.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle confidential matters professionally.
Proficiency in CRM software/tools is a plus.
