Key Responsibilitie

s• Monitor and oversee daily cash operations activities performed by the offshore support tea

m• Review and resolve operational exceptions, escalations, and processing issue

s• Ensure adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and service standard

s• Support governance and risk management initiatives across cash operations function

s• Maintain process documentation and operational procedure

s• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operation

s• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualificatio

n• Experience in banking operations, cash management, payments, or related financial services functions is an advantag

e• Exposure to cash products such as payments, GIRO, FAST, or related transaction processing is preferre

d• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill

s• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen
