A Singapore-based digital payments and transaction processing platform that enables consumers and businesses to make and receive payments across multiple channels, including kiosks, web, mobile, and API integrations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payments Technical Operations Analyst to support payment operations by investigating and resolving transaction-related issues across payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate payment and settlement discrepancies using transaction data, system logs, and backend events
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Support resolution of production incidents affecting payment processing
- Monitor payment flows, dashboards, alerts, and system logs to identify issues and anomalies
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Technology, Compliance) and external partners (banks, vendors) to resolve issues
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents in line with SLA requirements
- Maintain clear documentation of investigations, findings, and resolutions
- Support reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy between systems and records
- Escalate critical issues and risks where necessary
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and system stability
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and internal control requirements
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in payments operations, production support, technical operations, or systems analysis
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot transaction processing issues
- Understanding of payment systems, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows
- SQL skills or database querying experience is a plus
- Experience in incident management or production support environments preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
