Key Responsibilities
- Support Network Managers in the end-to-end management of the dealer network, including day-to-day coordination, communication, and follow-up on key initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports and dashboards to identify trends, support business decision-making, and improve operational performance.
- Assist in the execution of network strategy, including network expansion, dealer onboarding, relocations, upgrades, and ongoing optimisation
- Coordinate and support dealer lifecycle activities, including documentation, internal approvals, onboarding processes, and administrative tracking
- Support dealer performance management, including data collection, KPI tracking, report preparation, and coordination of performance reviews
- Assist in reviewing dealer submissions and financial/operational reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business targets
- Support the implementation and monitoring of dealer programs, policies, and operational frameworks, ensuring consistency across the network
- Assist with CI standards and network compliance activities, including audit preparation, documentation, and follow-up on corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Legal, Marketing) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of network-related initiatives
- Maintain accurate and structured records to support audit, governance, and compliance requirements
- Provide analytical and operational support to Network Managers, including data analysis, reporting, and insights to support decision-making
- Support contractual and process-related activities, including coordination of dealer agreements, approvals, and communications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of network processes, reporting frameworks, and operational efficiency
- Provide flexible support across the business, including ad hoc projects and tasks as required
- Undertake additional duties or contribute to projects related to the Company’s business operations, including providing leadership or support as reasonably required and consistent with the responsibilities of the role Qualifications:2–5 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, business support, or operations management, preferably within an OEM, importer, or dealer environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and prepare reports using Excel or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with business processes, policy implementation, and compliance requirements, with the ability to analyse gaps and support standardisation across the network.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and coordinate structured processes between internal teams and dealer partners.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and execution capability, with a proactive and hands-on approach in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, or similar) to translate operational data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical requirements and business needs.A willingness to learn and adapt to new industry-specific systems and processes; prior experience in the automotive sector is a plus but not mandatory.
