Job Summary

This role supports sales operations by leveraging strong data analysis skills to optimize processes. You will be responsible for generating key reports and dashboards to drive informed decision-making within the sales team. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights.
• Troubleshoot and improve sales processes.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to sales leadership.
• Manage and optimize sales data within the CRM.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Salesforce administration experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Industry Experience

Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred for this role.
