Business Operations & AI Analyst

Work Allocation: 40% Business Data Analysis (extracting insights, tracking KPIs, and ensuring data Integrity) and 60% AI Implementation (using AI tools to conduct workflow design & optimization based on leadership requests).

Role purpose

Bridge the gap between business needs and AI technologies.

Act as “hands-on builder” - use AI tools & automation platforms to streamline business operations.

Transform raw operational data into actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• AI Implementation & Automation (60%)
• Process Optimisation: Design and execute continuous improvement initiatives to streamline repetitive manual operations.
• Support AI transformation & automation across various departments by identifying high-impact use cases and defining practical AI solutions.
• (e.g., RPA / chatbot / agentic workflows) Drive organization-wide AI adoption and continuously refine models based on real-world performance results.
• Business Data Analytics & Insights (40%)
• Perform deep-dive analysis on core business datasets to identify growth drivers and market trends.
• Design, build, and manage automated dashboards to provide real-time visibility into business health.
• Translate complex data findings into structured reports and insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.2-5 years in Business Analytics, Operations, or a related quantitative field. SaaS or E-commerce background is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience with AI tools in Process Optimisation is a must.

Energetic, proactive, and curious about AI and digital innovation.

Knowledge of Salesforce/Looker/API scripting/integrations is a plus.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Seeks accuracy with a strong attention to details.
