5+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, or consulting, working in consulting companies (MBB) is prefer
Proficient in query (e.g. SQL) and programming languages (e.g. Python, R)
Knowledge of Machine Learning Modelling, Causal Inference, and Optimization is a plus
Self-motivated with strong data-driven mindset, business acumen and critical thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
