Your Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Full Stack Developer to join the Tax R&D Lab within the Tax Transformation Office and help build the next generation of intelligent platforms, workflow solutions, and AI-enabled applications across the Tax practice.
The Tax R&D Lab serves as the experimentation, innovation, and solution development engine supporting the broader Tax Transformation roadmap and Total Tax Ecosystem vision.
Working alongside other functions within the Tax Transformation Office — including Transformation Relationship Management (TRM), Data & Analytics, and Innovation & Change (I&C) — this role will help design, prototype, develop, and operationalize scalable solutions that modernize how work gets done across Tax.
This role is net new and will focus on building modern applications, intelligent workflow solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled platforms that support business transformation and operational modernization initiatives across the practice.
This role goes beyond traditional application development. We are looking for someone who can think strategically about workflow modernization, scalability, integration, and user experience while delivering high-quality technical solutions.

The expected range of compensation for this role is: $77,000 to $117,000
