Full Stack Engineer

TL;DRWe’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and evolve reliable product systems across our frontend and backend stack, ensuring our platform scales effectively while delivering a seamless experience for customers navigating complex EU regulations.

• What we’re looking for
• Experience in fullstack software engineering across modern frontend and backend technologies
• Proven ability to design and deliver production-ready systems with strong technical ownership
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical decisions into clear trade-offs and collaborate across functions
• Experience working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in fast-moving environments
• A product-minded and pragmatic approach focused on shipping reliable software that solves real customer problems
• Comfort operating in a high-growth, iterative startup environment
• Experience with scalable architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling
• What you’ll do
• Build and maintain fullstack features across frontend and backend systems
• Own technical solutions from early design discussions through production and iteration
• Contribute to architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn product goals into clear technical plans and high-quality product experiences
• Improve core systems, APIs, tooling, testing practices, and developer workflows
• Act as a strong technical contributor helping shape engineering standards, product quality, and long-term platform direction
