FS Tax - Front-end/ Full-Stack Developer - Senior - Hong Kong

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team and help build our next-generation AI-powered solutions that simplify complex tax compliance and regulatory reporting for financial institutions globally. You'll work closely with our AI Lead to develop both backend services and frontend interfaces, playing a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of modern software development and experience implementing various architectural patterns. Expertise in AI integration, data engineering, and DevOps practices will be particularly valuable in this role.

What we’re looking for

Technical Expertise

• Backend: 3-5+ years with Python, specializing in FastAPI/Flask for building scalable REST APIs
• Frontend: Production experience with Vue.js or React, including state management (Pinia, etc)
• Database: PostgreSQL/MySQL expertise covering schema design and optimization, Redis for caching layers
• Infrastructure: Hands-on with Docker containerization and Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines
• Cloud: Practical experience deploying to Azure/Alibaba Cloud platforms

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into existing business systems and applications

Bonus Qualifications

• Kubernetes experience for container orchestration and deployment
• Strong testing mindset with unit/integration test implementation
• Knowledge of security best practices and AI/ML integration
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
