Backend Developer

We’re currently looking for a Backend Developer for a SaaS product that sits at the core of complex, real-world operational processes.

The platform connects multiple stakeholders within a fragmented ecosystem and automates large parts of how workflows are managed, routed, and optimized. Think systems where backend logic directly drives decision-making, rather than just serving data.

In this role, you’ll work on designing and improving backend services that handle workflow orchestration, integrations, and business-critical logic. You’ll take ownership of parts of the platform and collaborate closely with a small, fast-moving engineering team.

The environment is backend-focused (Java and/or Python), with a strong emphasis on building reliable, scalable systems. It’s less about hype, more about solving real complexity in a product that is actively used and evolving.
