At eBay, we’re shaping the future of global commerce — and through Tise, we’re making secondhand the first choice for the next generation.
Tise is on a mission to make the world prefer secondhand — making it easy, fun, and inspiring to buy and sell pre-loved fashion through a community-driven marketplace. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. With 4 million users and a passionate community across the Nordics, Tise has experienced strong growth in recent years — and as part of the eBay family, we’re ready to expand into new markets.
Now, we’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join us in Amsterdam, helping accelerate Tise’s next chapter of growth and innovation. You’ll be part of eBay’s global technology organization while working closely with the dedicated Tise team — including frequent collaboration and travel to our headquarters in Oslo, Norway, where the majority of the Tise team is based.
This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of a fast-moving scale-up and one of the world’s largest, most established marketplaces.
The Tise team consists of 100+ talented colleagues, with 30+ engineers across Backend, Data/Machine Learning, Web, iOS, Android, and Growth. While this role is based in Amsterdam, you’ll work as an integrated part of the Oslo-based engineering team, collaborating closely across disciplines to build inspiring, intelligent, and scalable product experiences.
