Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to design and build high‑performance, scalable backend services.
- Implement software architecture, testing, and observability best practices to enhance system reliability.
- Write high‑quality, well‑documented code and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and production support.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively improve system performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; 1–5 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on backend systems.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Golang or Python, with solid understanding of common data structures and algorithms.
- Deep expertise in MySQL and Redis for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Familiar with Go ecosystems including frameworks such as Gin and GORM; hands‑on experience with observability tools for monitoring and performance optimization.
- Quality‑driven mindset with a proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
- Strong communication and learning abilities; quick understanding and adaptability; fluent in Mandarin.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with task scheduling systems or model performance optimization, deep understanding of ComfyUI internals.
