Position Overview

This role will focus on designing, developing, and scaling backend infrastructure powering a next-generation Enterprise AI platform.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of Multi-Agent systems, workflow orchestration frameworks, real-time communication architectures, large-scale data processing pipelines, and graph-oriented knowledge systems.

Working closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams, this individual will help build scalable backend services while contributing to system architecture, technical decision-making, and overall platform scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Spring Boot and/or Fast
• APIStrong experience designing and building large-scale backend applications
• Experience with high-volume data processing, streaming systems, or socket-based architectures
• Strong SQL database development experience
• Hands-on experience with Spark
• SQL or large-scale data processing environments
• Proven experience in backend system architecture and application design
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Graph Databases such as Neo4jExperience building data-intensive applications and distributed systems
• Understanding of data modeling and system architecture design
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as Lang
• Chain, Lang
• Graph, ADK, or similar technologies
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLM applications, RAG systems, or Agentic AI architectures
