Senior Engineer- Data

DAMAC Group runs some of the largest real estate sales launches in the GCC. The Power BI dashboards that track those launches in real time — and the exception reports that land on the MD Office desk — are built and owned by one person. We need their replacement, and we need them now.

The Role

You will be the sole Power BI specialist in the BI & Insights team — owning the full development lifecycle from data model through to executive dashboard. Sales launch reporting. MDO and EO exception reports. This is not a support role. It requires expert-level Power BI capability, a current PL-300 certification, and 7+ years of commercial experience.

• What You Will Own
• Sales launch dashboards — mission-critical, used live at every property launch
• MD Office and Executive Office exception reporting
• Full Power BI lifecycle: data modelling, DAX, deployment, maintenance
• Internal Power BI SME — standards, governance, user support
• Multi-source data connections — reliability, performance, accuracy

What You Bring

• Microsoft PL-300 Power BI certification — current.
• Hard requirement.7+ years of commercial Power BI experience — expert level, not general BI Advanced DAX, complex data modelling, row-level security, performance tuning
• Executive-facing dashboard delivery — you have built reports that drive real decisions
• SQL proficiency;
• Azure Synapse, Fabric, or Databricks exposure preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication — translates requirements into delivery
