Senior GenAI Solutions Developer / Consultant – Life Insurance

Location: Hybrid / Toronto

Duration: Contract

We are seeking a Senior GenAI Solutions Developer/Consultant to support the development of a next-generation multi-agent AI platform transforming the life insurance sales and advisor experience.

This is a senior contributor role focused on solution design, stakeholder engagement, and technical module ownership, with hands-on development required during the initial phases.

What you'll bring

• Experience building GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents
• Strong Azure expertise (must-have)
• Experience with Graph Databases and Real-Time Data Pipelines
• Databricks experience is a plus
• Strong solution design and stakeholder engagement skills
• Life Insurance experience preferred; Banking or Financial Services backgrounds also welcome.

• Partner with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements
• Design scalable AI-powered solutions and guide implementation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business teams to deliver measurable impact
