AI Engineer

Are you a strong engineer with real AI agent experience who wants to be the first hire at a profitable AI startup — directly alongside the founders?

My client is a bootstrapped AI startup in Amsterdam building a automation platform powered by AI agents. No VC, no investors — grown on the back of real clients and real revenue. They are looking for an AI Engineer on a contract basis to work embedded at a large enterprise client and contribute to the core product. You own what you build.

Your profile:

You are a strong full stack engineer who is genuinely AI-first. You have shipped agentic AI applications in production and you are as comfortable in a client conversation as you are in a codebase.

• Experience:3+ years Python engineering experience (Fast
• API, Flask or similar)
• Hands-on experience with LLM agents, RAG and structured outputs in production
• Experience with TypeScript / Next.js
• Comfortable working embedded at an enterprise client
• Available on a freelance / B2B contract basis
