• Confirmation required【Responsibilities】Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and domain experts, to understand business requirements and develop effective AI solutions
• Communicate complex technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Program to build AI solutions followed by testing to validate its results for satisfying the requirements
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Model selection and optimization
• Train and tune a model using Python and validate the model accuracy
• Create a report and present the results to the customer

Required

• Master's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related fields3+ years of practical experience in AI or data science fields
• Ability to communicate at a business level in both English and Japanese, and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• If the resource is very good in programming, English requirement can be relaxed
• Experience in data analysis using programming languages such as Python, R, and SQLNative-level Japanese proficiency
• Experience in client facing, confirming requirements, analyzing, and making direct proposals
• Japanese: Native level
• English: Reading and writing required, business level conversational ability is a plus■Nice to have

• Deep understanding and practical experience in AI-related technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision

• Effective communication and presentation skills with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience in major cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
