Role Overview

DevOps Engineer responsible for application deployment, production support, and automation across development and production environments. Works closely with development teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and ensure system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage application deployment across Dev, Test, and Production environments
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application reliability
• Maintain build and release documentation including installation and migration guides
• Collaborate with developers on code deployments and system improvements
• Handle incident management through Jira/ServiceNow tickets
• Write shell scripts to automate operational tasks
• Provide L2/L3 production support and system monitoring Skills & Experience Strong experience with Linux (Red
• Hat, Cent
• OS)
• Expertise in Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud platforms
• Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, Kafka, ELK stack
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
