Cybersecurity Support Analyst I
Build a long-term career in cybersecurity while contributing immediately through their technical support, endpoint, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email, networking, or security support experience.
The Security Operations Support Analyst will be working onsite with the team in Brooklyn, NY and will assist with endpoint security, email security, vulnerability remediation, security alert review, and incident documentation.
This role will work closely with security, infrastructure, desktop, application, and business teams to help investigate suspicious activity, coordinate remediation, and support operational security controls.
Over time, this role will continue to grow into deeper cybersecurity operations responsibilities, including EDR investigation, vulnerability management, SIEM/log review, phishing/BEC investigation, incident response, and security metrics reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is either an early-career cybersecurity professional looking to deepen their security operations experience, or an experienced Level 2 desktop, field services, endpoint, or technical support professional ready to move into security.
This person should be curious, resourceful, coachable, and comfortable learning new tools. They should enjoy troubleshooting, documenting findings, working with users and IT teams, and researching issues they have not seen before.
