• Bachelors Degree in Information Security, Risk or IT Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proven knowledge of common security frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Adaptability to changing tasks and strong prioritization skills
• Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships with stakeholders
• High level of integrity and ethical standards

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts and stakeholders to identify risks, conduct assessments, and develop response plans aligned with risk appetite
• Maintain the Cybersecurity Risk Management programs risk register, controls framework, and organizational structure
• Enhance Cybersecurity Risk Management processes and technologies, including tool modifications
• Establish key risk indicators (KRIs) for visibility into organizational risk posture and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program effectiveness
• Create and maintain standardized reports on cybersecurity risks for leadership review
• Assist with change management efforts to raise awareness about cybersecurity risk concepts and service offerings
• Clearly communicate risk-related information to stakeholders by simplifying complex concepts
• Build and maintain essential relationships for the effective execution of the Cyber Risk Management program
