Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Now we're looking for data security professionals who understand how data leaks actually happen in the real world.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your hands-on security expertise to a high-impact problem: teaching AI systems to reason accurately about sensitive information, data exposure, and protection strategies. Your real-world knowledge of DLP tools, classification frameworks, and security incidents will directly shape how the next generation of AI understands data risk.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic data security and DLP scenarios across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments
- Classify data sensitivity levels, exposure paths, and policy violations
- Evaluate prevention, detection, and incident response strategies for accuracy and completeness
- Generate, label, and validate data security cases used to train and evaluate AI systems
- Provide structured expert feedback that helps AI reason correctly about sensitive information risk
Who You Are

- Able to analyze scenarios critically and communicate your reasoning clearly in writing
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SaaS data governance
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA
- Background in security consulting, incident response, or compliance auditing
- Prior experience contributing to AI training, annotation, or evaluation projects
