Salt are partnering with a global enterprise organisation and are looking for a Regional Digital Marketing Manager to join on a contract basis.

About the Role
This contract role sits within a high-performing regional digital marketing team and focuses on delivering personalised, data‑driven digital and social experiences across the Middle East, with a particular emphasis on the UAE market.
You’ll operate in a matrixed, international environment, translating global brand and go‑to‑market priorities into locally relevant digital programmes that drive engagement, demand and revenue. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, owning performance across the full digital funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Website Management
- Own and optimise regional websites, ensuring local relevance, cultural accuracy and consistent lead generation
- Identify and implement high‑growth digital opportunities, optimising performance through testing and insight
- Social Media & Content
- Develop and deliver country‑level social media strategies aligned to regional business objectives
- Plan, create and publish engaging social content with a strong focus on LinkedInManage the regional social content calendar, balancing global priorities with local storytelling
- Performance & Insight
- Track and report on digital and social performance through dashboards and regular reporting
- Turn data into actionable insight to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align digital initiatives to business priorities
- Present clear, insight‑led updates including roadmaps, performance reviews and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with paid, organic, events, comms and sales teams to deliver integrated outcomes
- Build strong relationships across regional teams and external partners
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital and social marketing within a global or enterprise B2B environment
- Deep hands‑on expertise in LinkedIn organic and paid social campaigns
- Proven omnichannel experience across SEO, SEM, display, programmatic, content, email and on‑site personalisation
- Confident using marketing technology platforms such as marketing automation, CMS and analytics tools
- Strong analytics capability with experience using BI and reporting platforms
- Comfortable working in complex, matrixed organisations and managing senior stakeholders
- Experience managing regional or country‑specific marketing strategies
- Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
