Salt are partnering with a global enterprise organisation and are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

About the Role
This is a senior field marketing role focused on building and delivering high‑impact marketing programmes that directly support sales and revenue growth across multiple regions.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership and wider marketing teams to translate market needs into actionable, account‑focused programmes. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, covering field, digital and traditional marketing channels, and plays a key role in driving pipeline progression and executive‑level engagement.
You’ll design and deliver bespoke experiences such as executive events, roundtables and targeted programmes, while partnering with demand and digital teams to extend impact through pre‑ and post‑event journeys. Performance tracking and continuous optimisation will be central to how success is measured.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with sales teams to identify priorities and convert insights into targeted marketing programmes
- Own and deliver regional marketing plans aligned to quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
- Support executive and C‑suite engagement strategies
- Design and deliver high‑value experiences including executive dinners, bootcamps and roundtables
- Track performance metrics such as account engagement, pipeline movement and senior stakeholder access, using insight to optimise activity
- Collaborate with digital and demand teams to amplify programmes through tailored journeys and nurture
- Combine strong storytelling with technical understanding to drive meaningful transformation conversations
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B enterprise marketing, ideally within a technology‑led environment
- Proven background in account‑based and deal‑based marketing programmes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a matrixed organisation
- Credible and trusted partner to sales teams
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders, partners and customers
- Strong project management skills with experience managing agencies and partners
- Commercially minded, analytical and results‑focused
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Able to onboard quickly and deliver impact as a contractor
- Experience & Education
- Degree‑level education or equivalent experience5+ years’ experience in enterprise B2B marketing
- Demonstrated success across events, executive engagement, partner marketing, digital campaigns and targeted account programmes
