Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Shopify website, improving customer experience and conversion performance.
• Own the email marketing programme, including campaigns, automations, segmentation, and reporting.
• Maintain digital brand assets and ensure consistency across all online touchpoints.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and wider digital marketing initiatives.
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial objectives.
• Your Profile3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related consumer brand environment.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of conversion and customer journey optimisation.
• Strong copywriting and content management skills.
• Comfortable using analytics and performance data to inform decisions.
• Proactive, organised, and excited by the pace of a scaling business.
