About the Role

Oaklyn Realty is a growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, manage property portal marketing, and optimize campaign performance.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional with UAE real estate experience who understands performance marketing, CRM management, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels
• Manage and optimize listings, featured properties, and promotions on Property Finder, Bayut, and other property portals
• Manage Bitrix CRM, including lead tracking, pipeline management, reporting, and workflow optimization
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and follow-up processes
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Off-Plan, Secondary Market, Leasing, and Rental properties
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
• Support SEO, website updates, and digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate digital marketing experience
• Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising
• Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and property portal marketing
• Strong knowledge of Bitrix CRM and lead management systems
• Experience analyzing CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
