About the Role
AdvanzIT Technologies is lookingfor a Website & Digital Marketing Manager — a versatile professional whocan own our digital presence end-to-end. This is not a narrow role. We needsomeone who can build a page from scratch in the morning, publish a blog postafter lunch, run a Google Ads campaign in the afternoon, and review the SEOhealth report before the day ends.
Our website is a critical businessasset. We serve enterprise and SMB clients across the data centre, ITinfrastructure, and AV solutions space. We need our online presence to reflectthat credibility — and to actively generate enquiries, build authority, andsupport the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Website Development & Management
- Develop new web pages,landing pages, and microsite sections from scratch using HTML, CSS, JavaScript,or CMS-based tools (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Maintain and update theexisting website — copy changes, image updates, layout improvements, and moduleadditions
- Ensure the website istechnically sound: fast load times, mobile responsiveness, cross-browsercompatibility, and clean code
- Manage hosting, DNSsettings, SSL certificates, domain renewals, and server-side configurations
- Perform regular websitebackups and maintain a reliable disaster-recovery process
- Test and fix broken links,form submissions, redirects, and other site issues proactively
- Implement and maintainwebsite security protocols — plugin updates, firewall rules, malware scans
- Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and publishblog posts, articles, case studies, and thought leadership content relevant toour industry
- Create and maintain newwebsite pages as the business evolves — service pages, industry pages, partnerpages, and campaign pages
- Collaborate with the salesand technical teams to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling webcopy
- Manage a content calendarand ensure consistent publishing cadence
- Source or create supportingvisuals — graphics, banners, infographics — using Canva, Adobe Express, orsimilar tools
- Ensure all content isoptimised for both readability and search before publishing
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Own the full SEO strategy —on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- On-Page:keyword research, meta titles and descriptions, heading structure, internallinking, image alt text, schema markup
- TechnicalSEO: site speed optimisation, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, sitemap,robots.txt, structured data, canonical tags
- Off-Page:backlink strategy, directory listings, guest posting outreach, local SEO(Google Business Profile)
- Conduct regular SEO auditsusing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Search Console
- Track keyword rankings,organic traffic, and conversion metrics; report findings monthly to leadership
- Keep up with Googlealgorithm updates and adapt the strategy accordingly
- Paid Advertising (Google & Social)
- Plan, set up, manage, andoptimise paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Define campaign objectives,audience targeting, bidding strategy, and budget allocation
- Write compelling ad copyand work with design to produce ad creatives
- Monitor campaignperformance daily — CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate — and make data-drivenoptimisations
- Perform A/B testing on advariations, landing pages, and audience segments
- Manage remarketingcampaigns to re-engage website visitors and warm leads
- Provide weekly and monthlyperformance reports with clear commentary on spend efficiency and ROI
- Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain GoogleAnalytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Build dashboards to monitorwebsite traffic, lead sources, campaign performance, and content engagement
- Provide monthly reports toleadership covering organic, paid, and content performance with actionablerecommendations
- Use data to identifyhigh-performing pages, traffic drop-offs, and conversion bottlenecks
- Website Maintenance & Reliability
- Establish and follow aregular maintenance schedule — plugin updates, theme updates, databaseoptimisation, cache management
- Monitor website uptime andrespond to any downtime or performance issues immediately
- Maintain stagingenvironment for testing updates before pushing to production
- Conduct quarterly websiteaudits covering design, content freshness, SEO health, and technicalperformance
Skills & Qualifications

◎ Good to Have
✔ 3+ years of hands-on web development (HTML, CSS, JS)
◎ PHP or Python scripting knowledge
✔ Strong WordPress or Webflow experience
◎ Experience with Elementor, Divi, or page builders
✔ Proven SEO track record with measurable results
◎ LinkedIn Ads or Google Display campaigns
✔ Hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads management
◎ Basic video editing for social/web content
✔ Proficiency in GA4 and Google Search Console
◎ Knowledge of CRM integration with web forms
✔ Experience writing website and marketing content
◎ Experience with HubSpot or Zoho CRM web forms
✔ Familiarity with cPanel, DNS, hosting management
◎ Familiarity with A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely)
✔ Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe Express)
◎ IT or B2B industry experience
