What You’ll DoResponsible for managing marketing programs and initiatives that increase acceptance, product adoption, and volume for the network. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee.

Works closely with internal business partners across Brand, Global Acceptance, International Markets, Product, Operations, Legal and more.
Leads marketing activities associated with acquirer, PSP, enabler and N2N go-to-market plans, driving activities with partners such as press releases, launch events, enablement campaigns, demand/volume drivers, awareness etc.
Tracks key performance indicators and updates leadership.
Maintains and enhances the value propositions for acceptance and issuance.
Manages a team, including hire/fire, performance, and development decisions.
Creates and manages programs to drive acceptance, awareness, demand and cross border volume.
Implements strategies to provide a quality customer experience for network clients.
Ability to travel (25%).
