Adecco is partnering with one of the world’s leading global technology organisations to hire a Social Media Marketing Manager (Regional APAC).
The role focuses on regional campaign strategy, go-to-market execution, and social marketing initiatives across multiple APAC markets.
- The Talent8–15 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with strong regional exposure
- Proven experience in campaign strategy, go-to-market planning, and multi-market execution
- Strong background in content strategy, social campaigns, and integrated marketing programs
- Experience working with agencies, influencers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Background in Tech, Media, Entertainment, or creator-driven platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and ROI optimisation
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume, regional environment
- Exposure to APAC markets (especially Japan, Korea, Indonesia, India) will be advantageous
- Familiarity with creator ecosystems and digital content trends
Job Description
As a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager, you will drive regional marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable impact.
Your responsibilities include
- Lead and execute end-to-end social media marketing campaigns across multiple APAC markets
- Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive awareness and engagement
- Build and manage integrated promotion and content strategies across digital channels
- Partner with product marketing, growth, and regional teams to align campaign objectives and execution
- Manage and coordinate external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver campaigns at scale
- Analyse campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to optimise ROIDrive influencer marketing and creator-led initiatives across regional markets
- Ensure campaigns are locally relevant while aligned to global strategy
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
